Business Development Associate (Hong Kong)

Responsibilities

Oddle is a Singaporean start-up company that provides a SAAS-based e-commerce solution specifically designed to aid the operations of F&B businesses. Launched in 2014, our all-in-one order management system has been serving over 1400 merchants and has transacted over USD 13M worth of orders across South East Asia.

As with most start-ups, Oddle’s accounts team is crucial in driving our growth. Our Hong Kong office is seeking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in empowering F&B businesses. 

The Role:

  • Reach out and engage directly with F&B business owners and operators
  • Identify clients’ current challenges and concerns and present how Oddle can provide solutions and add value to their business
  • Maintain good client relationships and gathering valuable feedback 
  • Assist merchants in attaining steady traffic and conversion rates 
  • Provide training and customer service 

Requirements

What it takes:

  • Interpersonal skills - you need to enjoy and be comfortable with interacting with people from different walks of life
  • Communication skills – ability to confidently present and communicate ideas 
  • Self-Motivated and ability to endure pressure in achieving targets 
  • Prior work experience is an advantage but not compulsory 
  • Fresh graduates with the right attitude and skill sets are welcome to apply 
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English 
  • Candidates must have proper visa to work in Hong Kong
