What you’ll be doing:

- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with Physiotherapy clinics and insole producers from existing and prospective partners. 
- Identify partnership opportunities and lead all aspects of deal execution, including prioritization of partners, pipeline development, strategic and financial assessment, transaction structuring, negotiation and implementation. 
- Proactively push product thinking and work closely with product and engineers & CS, both internally and externally to build the best experiences for users. 
- Operate in a fast-paced environment, juggling priorities of internally and externally.

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in business development, product management or similar roles at a mobile technology / healthcare company. 
- Finding, building, and managing relationship with physiotherapy and podiatry clinics. 
- Experience with business development in Hong Kong, subsequently in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. 
- General lead outreach experience or prospecting experience. 
- Self starter with the ability to initiate, execute, and grow complex commercial partnerships, and maximize economic value for both GROM and our partners. 
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. 
- Experience with sales software (Hubspot, SalesforceIQ, etc.) 
- A Business degree or equivalent. 
- Background in competitive sport. 
- Language: Fluent English, Cantonese (nice to have)
