Sales & Marketing Manager (Hong Kong) - Full-time | Hong Kong

Hush Home is a new lifestyle brand focused on sleep. Our core mission is to help our customers sleep better because we believe every great day starts the night before.

Our business has 4 core components:

  • Designing the perfect night's rest. Based in California, our R&D team uses a consumer-focused design approach to design and test the most innovative materials to create the perfect mattress, pillow and sheets.

  • Offering a delightful shopping experience. We drive sales through a content-rich, easy-to-use website as well as a unique offline retail experience (ie, pop-up bedrooms around HK).

  • Improving the customer experience. We will offer worldwide shipping, a 100-night guarantee, and easy refunds. We will have multiple integrated touchpoints with the client: in store, livechat on the website, whatsapp, email, and/or phone.

  • Offering luxury products at affordable prices. All our products are designed using 5-star hotel-grade materials -- and the best thing is, by selling primarily online, we're able to sell a luxury product at a fraction of the price of traditional retailers!

As an early stage company with rapid growth ahead of us, Hush Home is looking for a dynamic entrepreneur to join as our Sales & Marketing Manager. An ideal candidate for this position would be a an expert and thought leader in sales and marketing (retail and digital), customer acquisition, social media, email marketing, project management, data analysis and optimisation, who is obsessed with omni-retail strategies and the internet, has creative ideas, and has exceptional verbal and written communication skills. This person will be responsible for sales and marketing campaigns in Hong Kong, including our day-to-day paid sales and marketing campaigns (retail and digital), social media, email marketing, affiliate sales, KOL program, and affiliate program to optimize conversions and ensure ongoing community engagement and growth.

Your Dream Job

  • Think out of the box and develop creative strategies to sales, awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition and retention

  • Manage sales and marketing performance targets across retail and digital (spend, lead generation, conversion and ROIs)

  • Manage campaign tracking and reporting for existing paid channels in search (Google AdWords), social (Facebook), and content (Outbrain, Taboola)

  • Use data to evaluate acquisition channels and continuously optimize campaigns to drive down CPA, CPCC advertising platforms

  • Develop advanced audience segmentation, prospecting and retargeting strategies

  • Manage conversion tags / pixels for CPC campaigns

  • Manage our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, IG) and communicate with users directly

  • Brainstorm social media content calendar and execute on creative social campaigns

  • Identify opportunities and facilitate the collaboration with influential KOLs

  • Manage strategy and execution of our email program, including our email calendar, creative briefing, testing plans, and prioritisation

  • Be updated on new acquisition channels, social media trends, and all things digital


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3 - 5 years experience in omni-retail sales & marketing or digital marketing

  • Knowledge of CPC advertising techniques and bidding strategies

  • Experience in managing substantial advertising budgets

  • Analytical and imaginative (understand the data while getting creative to propose actionable insights)

  • Experience in social media, community management, digital media, and customer experience

  • Experience in email personalisation, best practices, delivery metrics and tech integrations

  • Proficient knowledge in third party analytics platforms and attribution technology

  • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects at once in a fast-changing atmosphere

  • Start-up and ecommerce experience a plus

  • Lover of memes and funny online content
