Digital Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)

  • Develop strategy, standards and best practices for scaling our paid search channel, in form of playbook, training sessions, and informal discussions

  • Identify improvement opportunities in SEM growth and efficiency, e.g. account build-out, audience targeting. on all platforms (web, mobile), through performing tests, aligning with other relevant channel e.g. SEO, retargeting, display ads.

  • Develop critical metrics and dashboard to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights

  • Work closely with local marketing teams to ensure best practices are implemented, execution is aligned, and campaign performance is optimized and achieve ROI, providing guidance, training whenever necessary

  • Success in defining best practices to scale our paid search channel, deploying them rapidly to launch new markets

  • Benchmark digital activities against those of our peers in the industry; improve digital marketing strategy and tactics to “get ahead of the curve”

  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis reports and dashboards to inform various audiences of our collective performance in all dimensions of digital marketing efforts, showcasing the impact achieved for cross marketing team.


  • In-depth knowledge of Google AdWords, at least be familiar with Yahoo and other search engines (Bing etc.), Google Analytics, retargeting ads tools.

  • Candidate who has Google Analytics Certifications is preferred.

  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data

  • Proven grasp of all Paid Search mediums including remarketing, display & content, mobile, video

  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business

  • Proficient with Adobe software for graphic design & video editing -  Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, basic knowledge in HTML,CSS,SQL etc

  • Ability to effectively manage budgetary spending to maximize ROI of Digital Marketing campaigns and resources.

  • Degree in Business / Marketing or related disciplines

  • Experience in digital marketing or social media agency has an advantage

  • 1-2 year experience, preferably in social media / digital/ growth-hack project management
