Training & Development Executive (Chinese Speaking)

Advanced R&D System

Modern Manufacturing System

We own computerized SMT workshops and modern assembly workshops, which consist of around 30 production lines, with monthly production capacity of mare than 1 million units. vivo manufacturing also features a complete and advanced testing and manufacturing process control, which are operated by a professional technological development and testing team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, organize or direct orientation and various training programs for sales team
  • Produce training strategy and plans to meet training and development needs and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary
  • Liaise with relevant functional /departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs to staff training and development to ensure they are fully informed of staff training and development objectives, purposes and achievements
  • Design and deliver training content, training sessions, e-learning modules and workshops as needed
  • Oversee the setup and rollout of a training platform to effectively deliver and monitor employee training and development progress
  • Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance, and provides recommendation to reporting manager
  • Plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary to augment that provided externally or internally by others
  • Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times
  • Ensure all training activities and materials meet with organizational requirements and statutory policies, including health and safety, legal stipulations, general duty of care and employment laws
  • To train and develop direct sales, services team and internal department via assessing training needs, develop training methods and modules with assessments, discussions, role playing, team exercise and visual materials
  • Any ad-hoc task assigned as and when required by HOD

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (a must due to the nature of work)
  • Preferable candidates with at least 2-3 years of working in Training & Development
  • Good attitude of training ability couple with excellent public presentation skill
  • Applicants must possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia
  • Strong knowledge of Ms Office, especially PowerPoint.

Salary

2200 - 4000 MYR
