Operations Lead

Quixotee is an on-demand video streaming service designed to provide high-school students access to our high-quality knowledge lectures and past paper solutions at any time. With a structured knowledge path and high diversity of videos selection, we empower students to master any subjects even at 2am.

Quixotee is an engineering company working on next-generation solutions for education. The Quixotee Operations Team provides best-in-class help to our teachers and learners anytime anywhere. Our product needs to handle and organize knowledge under rapid growth; our goal is to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams to drive strategic partnerships and initiatives. We are looking for an Operations Lead dedicated to making data-driven decisions and understand the business deeply to help execute the right long-term strategy for the company. As an Operations Lead, you will own people matters, processes, and strategic executions. You will be the backbone of our Operations team, helping to design our process maps, product roadmaps, and shape our long-term vision as we continue to push humanity forward.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the company.
  • Advise and assist CEO on operational matters.
  • Recruit, build, lead and manage a team of brilliant Operations Managers to drive our team from goal setting to perfect execution on cross-functional projects.
  • Strategic planning and execution to enhance productivity and efficiency throughout the organization’s rapid growth.
  • Coordinate the research and communications of user pain points or user experience issues.
  • Set clear expectations based on accountability, in collaboration with the Operations and Leadership Team.
